We have a 5 working day return policy. You have 5 working days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase. We do not accept returns on used or opened products.
How to start a return Contact us at hey.ritihome@gmail.com to request a return. Once approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label with instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exchanges We offer exchanges. If you would like a different product, contact us at hey.ritihome@gmail.com within 5 working days of receiving your order. Once your return is accepted, we will process the exchange.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at hey.ritihome@gmail.com if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will make it right.
Non-returnable items We do not accept returns on used products, items without original packaging, or items returned after 5 working days of delivery.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at hey.ritihome@gmail.com.
